Celebrating 100 Years! This is the information center for Grady County's 100th Birthday Celebration. If you know of an event or artifact connected with the celebration that is not featured on this page and its subpages, or if you have a question about a planned event that is not answered by this site, please let us know. Our Centennial logo, shown at right, features the slogan, "Organized 1906, Prospering 2006." The 100th Birthday Celebration honors all those who made the ideas in this slogan come true for our county. It also features Henry W. Grady's picture and a statement he made: "There is a New South." We believe the best of the New South can be found right here in Grady County. |
